New Call Centre SIP Trunking solutionis powered by Siphon Networks and Acme Packet
Cwmbran 24thJuly2012 – SIPHON Networks today announced that LeadX Holdingshas deployed Acme Packet Net-Net Enterprise Session Director enterprise session border controllers(SBCs) to support the secure and effective delivery of anew SIP based infrastructure into their Call Centre environment.
After an initial consultancy engagement with SIPHON in regard to the evolution of their network to SIP based applications and services LeadX has now implemented a fully redundant and secure SIP trunk infrastructure which will ultimately replace existing legacy ISDN circuits.
“We engaged SIPHON as they have a clear and unique understanding of the commercial benefits and technical implications of migrating to SIP trunks from ISDN,” said Richard Barlow, Founder at LeadX. “We had some good relationships with existing Carriers and we wanted an independent view from a leading integrator like SIPHON on how best to migrate without comprising availability and security. I have been very impressed by the performance of SIPHON throughout the initial consultative engagement through to the delivery of the SBC solution.” “We were delighted to have the opportunity to work with LeadX on this important project and to demonstrate our capabilities around secure SIP trunking solutions,” said Steve Harris, Managing Director at Siphon Networks. “The market is experiencing high growth in this area and we can clearly leverage our extensive experience in Carrier deployments and transfer this to CPE environments for SIP Trunking.”
