The newly launched API provides a simple, secure and direct interface from the SIPHON internal ERP system to a customer’s ordering portal, thereby enabling all orders to be processed and fulfilled automatically. Customers can submit and then monitor the fulfilment and delivery status of all orders via the API with updates that include tracking information being pushed out at intervals as the order is progressed.
In addition to the API, which has been developed for high volume purchasing customers, the SIPHON webstore means that any customer orders can now be placed and processed online. This new capability will improve the total customer experience with a seamless procedure that feeds the various line items from a confirmed order directly to the warehouse for fulfilment.
