The solution enables proactive Service administration and management, thereby greatly improving the overall quality of customer experience.
PALLADION enables Ergatel to drill down to individual customers, devices, network equipment and at the same time providing a network overview, global metrics, KPIs and statistics. This then allows the operational staff to identify, locate and solve problems on network and application layer and deliver fixes in real time.
