Vision 80/20 is a Presence & Availability Management (PAM) system that provides a centralised database which stores information about all employees within a company including the organisational structure as well as employee skills, presence & calendar activities.
Vision 80/20 PAM extends the basic line state view of a PBX subscriber incorporating data from a multitude of systems including Calendar, Presence, Databases, and Mobile environments. Users access data via Web, Mobile or Voice portals. Through use of innovative capabilities such as Spoken Presence the solution presents a professional service automatically delivering a quick and friendly response to callers regarding when the person they’re calling will return, providing them with the option to have their call redirected to the person’s mobile telephone, the operator, or voicemail.
