The Vision 80/20 Contact Centre is a complete web based solution for organisations requiring an all-in-one contact centre solution. Providing a virtualised contact centre capabilities independent of the PBX and Phone, it ties local and remote agents together.
All agents can view available queues and select which queues they wants to log in to. Information is provided about which agents are logged in to the different queues and the status for each agent - free, busy, wrap up or paused. All agents can also view a queue and agent monitor via the agent client. The monitor shows status for the queues and agents and the current waiting time for each queue.
The system is easily administrated providing functions for recording different prompts, handling call distribution, creating queues and agents. Queues can be set up to direct calls to different agents depending on their particular skills. Team leaders and administrators also have access to detailed statistics in order to do follow ups and staff planning.
