Cwmbran 24th November 2011 - SIPHON Networks today announced that Adept Telecom has deployed Acme Packet Net-Net® session border controllers (SBCs) to support the secure and effective delivery of anew SIP trunking service to a major corporate client in the UK.

AdEPT Telecom have recently launched a number of new innovative SIP based VoIP services and they continue to show strong growth in this area of the business. A significant opportunity arose to deliver SIP trunks to a major corporate customer, mandating the use of enterprise SBCs(E-SBCs) as part of the solution. E-SBCs control SIP sessions to assure security, interoperability and reliability for the enterprise as part of SIP trunking deployments.
