Leveraging substantial in-house engineering and project capabilities, SIPHON Networks offers comprehensive Build - Operate - Transfer (BOT) programs for Service Providers. These programs can run for 6 months upwards in duration and enable service providers to dramatically reduce the time to market for new infrastructure and services.

This allows the service provider to outsource the implementation and day-to-day operation of the network to the highly skilled SIPHON team, whilst focusing on building the required resources and capabilities internally to continue operation post the agreed transfer phase. Each BOT program is assigned a dedicated team to cater for all aspects of Project / Program Management, Technical Consultancy and Technical Support services. This coincides with a comprehensive end-to-end project delivery process with defined responsibilities, deliverables and documentation flow for all roles engaged in project.
