Hosted PBX SIPHON Networks provides an advanced telephony solution enabling ITSPs to Host IP PBX capabilities within the network. The solution allows a comprehensive suite of enhanced user and group PBX functionality to be accessed by subscribers over an IP connection.

To date this has typically been achieved through deployment of on-site call recording systems which inherently introduce increased cost and operational burden for the enterprise. The Call Recording solution offering from SIPHON Networks is a carrier-class system designed specifically for ITSPs which offer a hosted IP telephony service, enabling the ITSP to offer a new approach to enterprises for call recording – one which is hosted in the network minimizing the associated costs and operational efforts.
Service Assurance The introduction of Service Assurance, to allow effective monitoring of network and service performance, is enabling ITSPs to not only reduce Operational Expenditure (OPEX) but fundamentally changes the methods by which NGN services, applications and subscribers are managed. The Service Assurance offering from SIPHON Networks enables Proactive and not Reactive service administration thereby greatly improving the overall quality of a customer experience. As illustrated below the SIPHON Networks Service Assurance solution deployed into the network at key monitoring points, passively monitors all sessions – both SIP and RTP streams.
